About Michael S. Durst

  

Since 1978, Mr. Durst has vigorously represented injured plaintiffs.  He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Temple University School of Law.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Associations, and the University of Michigan 'M' Club for varsity letter winners.  He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New York. Many of his injured plaintiffs are members of some of the nation's largest or most prominent labor unions,  and Mr. Durst  is proud of his association with these unions or their members.  These labor unions include:  The Pennsylvania State Education Association; The Teamsters' including Locals 107, 384 and 830; The Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police; The Philadelphia Fire Fighters; The Philadelphia Building and Construction Trades, AFL-CIO; and AFSCME (American Federation of State, City, and Municipal Employees).

 

Mr. Durst has been recognized for his outstanding legal ability.  Twenty-six (26) cases where he successfully represented injured plaintiffs have been reported in Legal Reporters.
